I’ve lived in the area long enough to know most property management companies here aren’t great, but Gables City Vista has been particularly bad. Staff and managers seem to rotate in and out constantly with zero communication or handover of responsibilities. You end up sending email after email and calling over and over just to get any sort of follow through. Communication with the building is beyond poor. Edit - 7/6/2025 Building Trash Compactors have been broken for over a week, trash is piling up in the garbage rooms. Absolutely unbelievable given what they're charging for rent. The building itself is fine, bit old but good location + amenities. Maintenance folks are good. Unfortunately Gables is forcing the building to use “Fetch”, a package service. It’s ridiculous that with what they’re charging for rent they can’t accept our packages. They’ve lost 4 expensive packages, I’ve emailed the fam staff multiple times and got n... read more

They will try to scam you out of thousands of dollers upon moveout! I've never had a less organized and worse experience moving out. We submitted paperwork that was not confirmed, we were given conflicting information about our moveout date, and that led to additional charges. A call to corperate assured us it would be credited back, only to have less than half credited back. Now they are trying to charge thousands for floor replacement when it wasn't new when we moved in.
