I had a great experience living at Gables at The Terrace. The whole time I lived here, I felt safe, and like a big priority. When I first moved in, the front office, specifically Yi-Ting, was extremely helpful in making the process as easy and comfortable as possible. Since then, the front office staff has only exceeded my expectations, and Joseph especially has been extremely kind and helpful. It's a quiet and good location apartment. Our experiences with the management team is wonderful. Alonda and Josef are friendly and helpful. We appreciate their help on our moving in processes. The maintenance team is quick and professional. We have some problem with the washing machine and the team (Manny, Victor, and Paul) has solved this with ease.
Well they Killed one of my favorite plants I had cared for, for over 5 years and towed my car even tho I lived there and they wont reimburse me for either. If you want personal property damages… this is the place for you. Management is rude as heck and yelled at us for trying to figure out how to deal with a neighbor. I am going to have to file a lawsuit against them for the personal property damages they caused. This dead plant was a beautiful majesty palm but their landscaping crew hit it with a trimmer and killed it.
