Staff is nice but nice can only make up for so much. I’m in a top floor unit and pretty sure there is little to no insulation. Thermostat is set to 68 and it’s 78 degrees in my unit. It’s been like this for a month. It’s honestly is miserable. I can’t cook or the temp will go even higher after I shower I’m instantly sweating. You get what you pay for here. Randomly deleted work orders out of your queue, constant renovations ,and $300 dollars in electricity to live inside a sauna. Agent told me it’s working fine. I’d love to ... read more
