Well they Killed one of my favorite plants I had cared for, for over 5 years and towed my car even tho I lived there and they wont reimburse me for either. If you want personal property damages… this is the place for you. Management is rude as heck and yelled at us for trying to figure out how to deal with a neighbor. I am going to have to file a lawsuit against them for the personal property damages they caused. This dead plant was a beautiful majesty palm but their landscaping crew hit it with a trimmer and killed it.
I had a wonderful experience living at Gables at the Terrace for three years. The community is well-maintained, and I always felt safe in my home. The leasing and maintenance teams were responsive, and overall, my time here was great. When I moved out, I encountered a charge for carpet replacement that I initially believed fell under normal wear and tear.
