UPDATE 3/25/26: The owner did not follow through on their offer to “make this right.” As instructed below, I reached out, and the manager declined to reverse the $175 move-out charge. The manager also confirmed in writing that the fee included “texture adjustments to previously patched spots,” meaning I was charged for texture matching.
