There has been a water leak that has caused significant increase over $200 a month in my heating bill they have been informed since August it is November and this issue has not been resolved. Plus when I moved in the hot water didn’t even work and they didn’t fix it for like 2 months.

Avoid living here. We moved in, in early 2024 because of the location and quickly realized we made a mistake. We had issues with the neighbor above us and managementdid the bare minimum and refused to help. We had to move to another apartment in the community within the first month. The new apartment might've actually been worse. The A/C had issues and maintenance couldn't fix it. In fact we were told we should get fans... I’ve lived at Terrace for almost a year and I love it. Maintenance is always quick to address issues and the location is super convenient to downtown! The building I’m in is close to the greenbelt trail, so going for nature walks has become essential in my after work routine.
