They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. What I found annoying is that they charge more then what my insurance covers. As in, my insurance will cover 80% of what they consider "reasonable and customary" but this office tends to charge higher then that amount.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? No, they were very calm and understanding

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Yes, I was given all the information before my treatment

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It's very reassuring to know that they are recommended by other dentists. It gives me confidence that I'm going to a professional.
