Live here a long time and waited to post a review about the new owners but I feel with not only actually having my issues resolved and them working with me on my rent increase. I have to say these owners are by far the best and actually doing things around here. I have no further issues in my apartment. They handled it. Love it here. Plus they have a program where they are reporting rent to my credit and my score has already went up by 18 points in 2 months. You do have to ask about this but they will help you sign up.
I absolutely love my home and all the modern touches throughout. The location is perfect, close to shopping and everything I need. Management and maintenance work hard and do an amazing job. It really is a great place to live!
