Unfortunately not prioritising patients true interests but rather how many patients can be seen to maximize profits perhaps. Go through 3 waiting rooms effectively to get seen too. Never remember what medication being taken despite being a patient for years. Sadly would prefer to move on. A huge thank you to Lynda and her amazing team for urgently bringing my booking forward and putting my mind at rest over a concern I had with yet another skin cancer. I have a six hour round trip to see Lynda and the amazing admin team are always aware to take my travel time into account. Not being local, I really enjoy the banter with the admin team (always about traffic) and relaxing and calming down in the waiting room. Compliment to the new admin team, in particular Jarek, for the client service with a smile and friendly attitude.
Dr Lynda Spelman and her team of doctors, nurses and pharmacist have supported me for many years, for which I am extremely grateful. Their level of professionalism, care and empathy has always been outstanding. Now, with a new team of Adriana and Jarek looking after the administrative roles, attending appointments is no longer a cause for anxiety and a feeling of dread. The waiting room is welcoming and comfortable, and it's a delight to be treated as a valued patient worthy of respect and compassion.
Dr Spelman is amazing but as you can see from all the reviews, the administration staff especially Shelly is absolutely terrible at her job. The fact that she is still working here after all the negative reviews and complaints is shocking. She has absolutely NO professionalism or sympathy and is consistently horrible to deal with. She is simply a rude person.
