Gorgeous building / apartments but I found the management group to be subpar compared to my previous experiences. I lived here for a little over a year, and the management unfortunately had 1. uncommon and inflexible lease terms 2. spotty communication based on their automated system. Nice building! Lived there for 2 years and management was always responsive and kept the building in good shape. Great nearby spots and good communication with the management company.

Lived at G8ONE for four years. I lived in a studio which was pretty spacious and has lots of storage space - very happy with my apartment. They kept the hallways and common areas very clean. Management is pretty responsive. No complaints.

We did not end up renting here but the showing and help we got from Jessica was awesome. We wanted the apartment because she was so thorough and I could tell that anywhere where she was on the team was a good place to live. Unfortunately the only unit available was a little too small.
