We toured this building and were excited about it but did not enjoy our experience. 1) The lobby was very nice and welcoming 2) we got shown/sold a smaller unit that we were not interested in and felt our time was wasted 3) the unit they showed us was tiny, dirty, and had a dead cockroach on the floor 4) the terrace was fine but is lined by the windows of several units and sure it’s annoying for those tenants when it’s busy 5) there is a gym under it and could hear the slamming of the Equiptment through the building. 6)It’s ... read more
Gorgeous building / apartments but I found the management group to be subpar compared to my previous experiences. I lived here for a little over a year, and the management unfortunately had 1. uncommon and inflexible lease terms 2. spotty communication based on their automated system. On the lease terms - they require 4 months notice for move out, they require that you are out of your apartment on your last day at 12pm without any room for flexibility (didn't I pay for the full month?), they charge a $45 "move out fee" that ... read more

Lived at G8ONE for four years. I lived in a studio which was pretty spacious and has lots of storage space - very happy with my apartment. They kept the hallways and common areas very clean. Management is pretty responsive. No complaints.
