2020 Update - Decided to list our home with G5 as we moved out of state given the amazing work in securing the home for us. We could not be happier. Darrel and Sandra are beyond professional, honest, responsive to all the questions we had, and made the process so smooth. The sign of a great real estate agent is not what happens when things go right, it's what happens when things go wrong. My wife and I recently purchased a home with Darrel and Sandra as our real estate agents and we had some bumps along the way with the sellers and escrow. Darrel and Sandra were nothing more than amazing! Beyond grateful for Darrel and Sandra. We found ourselves in a bind after the initial sale of our home fell out of escrow due to unforeseen circumstances. Those we sought advice from suggested we allow the property to foreclose or put thousands of dollars into it and list it. Neither were an option for us.
