AVOID – Since my first review July 2009 of G3 Real Estate Services dba Goldsmith below update is provided: All cited lack of performance for HOA [Home Owners Association] management continue & has retrograded from poor to untenable. In particular; G3 is not delivering 50% of both advertised services on its web site & not performing 50% of specific duties listed in Association Management contract. Too Much Property, Too Little Knowledge DOES NOT CONSIDER AIR CONDITIONING AN EMERGENCY AND WILL NOT FIX ON WEEKENDS!!! People die from this every year! We were very pleased with our townhouse we rent from Goldsmith, but not so pleased with the service. It is a gated area and when we asked how we are supposed to allow guests/deliveries in, the realtor clearly had no idea, but said she thought there was an intercom and told us to look for it. There isn't. Instead we must simply give out the gate code which defeats the purpose... read more

thanks so much – I was very pleased with their ability to handle the tenants and other issues that we had with the property. They were able to clear up a clerical error with the city that would have cost us some property and a fence. That was a very important issue and they handled it well.

so many thanks! I was panicked last week about a plumbing emergency, my first call was to the Goldsmith Company. They had a solution for me immediately and dispatched help as well. thanks so much
