I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for the past two years during my time at JMU, but after today’s experience, I will not be returning. I came in for a gel pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was lovely, but the manicure was a completely different story. A different technician did my manicure, and the experience was awful. She cut my skin and made me bleed twice. I went out of my way to visit G3 because I love the service. The staff is so friendly, the salon is clean, and my nails are always amazing. Kevin did an outstanding job on my nails!

I got a pedicure here during my trip and was so impressed with the service. The staff is friendly and attentive, and my nails came out perfect. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.
