G3s warranty is junk so are their boats! I bought a brand new “Gator tough” 2 years ago. It still pours water in under the gunnels while you are underway. I have talked to multiple G3 dealers who won’t touch it, and G3’s warranty department on several occasions. G3 won’t touch it without written authorization from their dealers. They’re whole program sucks, wouldn’t even rent another of their boats!
I have a 2010 eagle 165. I noticed paint bubbling and found holes in transom. The boat only has 215 hours. Since G3 doesn't stand behind their product, they could at least have the parts available to fix it. Love the boat, but it does have issues. Glad Yamaha makes better engines than boats. They won't be getting anymore of my money!
Great boat but the BEAR trailer has no warranty as they will not answer me on a rust issue? G3 I would seriously consider another trailer company for your boats. Five e-mails and two phone calls and still haven't got an answer on a rusting issue? Is BEAR behind us all the way that's their add? QUESTIONS send me an email,thanks, R.G.
