We have used these for almost a year. The quality of the tips and wands is unmatch. We previously broken about any other manufacturers stuff in weeks. There website is a bit confusing. I have called several times and they have been very helpful. I only problem we have is blown seals in the QD this does happen pretty regularly. We use battery power grease guns.
