I went to see Dr. Dalton for a specific problem and he explained everything to my satisfaction. I’ve gone to him before and would definitely recommend him.
Dr. Dalton did an excellent job for me after I took a bad fall on my bicycle last week. He got me right in, he was very thorough with me and explained everything perfectly. He even called me the next day to make sure I wasn’t having any breathing problems or any other issues. I highly recommend Dr. Dalton to anyone that has an Orthopaedic issue. He is definitely one of the top orthopedic surgeons in the Richmond area. Highly recommend!!!
Great dr who listens and offers options.
Dr. Dalton replaced my right hip in May 2018 and he will be replacing my left hip this May 2020. He is an excellent surgeon who takes the time to listen to his patients concerns and answers their questions. I highly recommend him as a surgeon.

Dr, Dalton was very honest with what needed to be done. He made me feel very comfortable and the surgery went well. He was very business like in his approach; the decision was mine whether I did the knee replacement or not. He was not pushy; told me to call when I was ready. That was very helpful and reassuring, He told me where I stood and what I needed but the final decision was mine. It was not like he was out to do it to make more money
Spoke with me in detail about upcoming knee replacement. Compared and contrasted procedure from previous knee replacement performed by another knee specialist. I greatly appreciated the time to answer all my questions and never felt rushed. Stopping by to check on me the evening before he went home and again In morning was very impressive and comforting
Very prompt and personable
I had many questions prior to my total hip replacement surgery. Dr. Dalton took his time and thoroughly answered all of them. I am now 4 weeks post surgery and couldn’t be more pleased.
