Not honest with potential clients
honesty is everything in buisness. & honest they are not. they told me they were not accepting new clients after I inquired about adding a few new dreads and showing them photos of my hair. But the next day they made an appt for a friend of mine whom would too have been a new client. all of this is because I suspect they were not fond of my existing, free form dreads that I said I did not want maintenance on. being judgmental isn't a good quality in buisness or overall character.

I Highly recommend this place! G spot is one of the only hair salons in des moines that does a good job and charges a fair price on dreadlocks. These baby’s aren’t easy to have and not a-lot of people have the experience they do under their belt. They are very welcoming play awesome music and just make you feel at home. They did a very good job on my dreads and they gave me a really good price, free consultation, and they got my hair done in about 1.5 hours. Which is incredibly fast! G Spot Hair Design in DSM is the ONLY place I’ll go for my dread maintenance. Manny is experienced and very educated with dreads. Before I decided to get dreads she would cut my hair and never disappointed me! I live an hour and a half away now but I travel every time I need maintenance! The atmosphere is professional, clean, relaxed, and welcoming.
Absolutely loved what Hailey did to my daughters hair...excited to return next weekend for the coloring !!!

Love this place! Went in to cut off all my unruly hair. Manny talked to me about my hair goals and helped me get my hair so it could be managed! Finally got my dream dreads installed and it was like magic! You never realize how much your hair can have an impact on you. Now I can’t stop smiling!
