I have wanted a motorcycle since I was 9. Finally at 50 I took the safety course, picked out my bike, closed the deal. Leaving the shop I wrecked my bike. The guys were by my side in a snap. Making sure I was fine. Giving me words of encouragement. Told me not to worry about my bike. Beau said he would help me refresh my skills. To me that is service after sell. They definitely have me business.
This place is a complete scam. I went in to get a recall fixed and ended up paying 300 dollars. They adjusted my valves when I never authorized them to. When I talked to the manager he told me that he would see what he could do but wouldn't refund the money. Needless to say I never got a call back. Stay away from this place unless you want to overpay and get ROBBED. I will be going to Eddie Hills from now on.
Love this bike store had exactly what I wanted with no hassle. Paper work went smooth and had really great deals. I would recommend stopping here if you're looking for a new bike.
Have always provided perfect professional service and professional work. If they didn't have it they got it asap and made sure to call when they did have it in. Beau has taken care of all my needs from sport bike to cruiser to 4 wheelers to mopeds and yes I have bought parts for all of them through G&S. Could not ask for a better team than them guys thank you all for the amazing service yall provide to the wichita falls community.
