Went to get a battery replacement . He gave me a discount on the battery replacement. Should have went to him first instead of going to Dakota watch company because they charged me six times more than he did. Has a great jewelry selection also. Great customer service even greater guy.
Absolutely the best jewelers and craftsman in Cleveland. They are honest and do amazing repair work. I would never take my jewelry anywhere else!
