The worst management that could even exist. Avoid at all cost.
I’ve lived in a GPK building for almost 9 years. The property manager, Xochilt is incredibly helpful and has always been fair and responsive. I have always appreciated their responsiveness to any maintenance requests. When I have had any issues I just enter it in on the portal and their team comes out within a day or so to fix it. From that maintenance team, José has been amazing over the years! I have had a great experience over the years and I would recommend my building to anyone.
