Best nail salon, by far!
I went today for a full set and pedicure with two other family members. They managed to get us an appointment same day and made sure we sat next to each other for both our acrylic sets and pedicures. Overall customer service was exceptional. Nich was my technician for both services and I was extremely pleased with his professionalism and friendliness. I will be returning :)
Bad experience… customer service is not their priority
Amazing! The nail artist took his time shaping, coloring, and actually filled in my wide nails all the way which is something most nail techs don't do! He also managed to create a glitter ombre which I was stoked about! He gave me exactly what I wanted, and the work is very high quality!
Didn’t even get my nails done, the woman working the front was rude and didn’t know what was going on. Told me I could wait a minimum of 30minutes to start a pedicure and didn’t know if anyone was available. Was short and abrasive and very unwelcoming.
