Worst service I have ever received. I order at 9:30am this morning for a 5:30pm pick up time and we are still waiting. From all of the other reviews with this same issue (that I just found) all have received a comment from management saying to email an email address shows up on the online orders confirmation and says this is a notification email and does not accept incoming emails!
