They are awful! They messed up our mother's day order and could not fulfill the order even though we had ordered early that morning. As their "apology" they sent an e-gift card which specifically states it can be used at gandm.com. Unfortunately they only mean if you want to ship crab cakes. When I called ask how to apply to this to our curbside order, George was extremely rude, said he would listen but it wouldn't matter because it wouldn't change anything about the gift card.
