Not far from Baltimore-Washington International airport, G&M features seafood, with one room for tablecloth dining, one bar with eats for the smoking crowd and some picnic tables in the carry-out area. Worst customer service from the manager George. He hangs up the phone on customers when his team served the wrong carry out order. Does this look like cream of crab soup??

My father went 2 weeks ago and got a crabcake- said it was good. We live an hour away and he went out today and bought us each one so I could try it- it was SO FISHY! Tasted like old fish smells! Not edible- literally made me sick with 1 bite. Dad called to tell them and got some standard "we only use the best" and they offered to replace (with what???) if he brought them back! The Food Was Great And Those Crabcakes !!Only Thing I Was Mad About Was Their Osyter Rockafellar Was Way Better Than Mine!!! Really Enjoyed Myself!!!! Her Reply Was The Oyster Rocafellar Was Unexpected Because Of The Spinach & The Cheese They Used. I Really Need That Recipe!!

I had my first time visit two weeks ago, then returned last night for my anniversary. On both occasions everything was wonderful! The food is excellent. Nice atmosphere, clean restrooms and social distancing is being practiced. Shout out to our server last night Christopher "Chris" for his outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, friendly and energetic. I will reccomend this establishment to family and friends. Thank you for your hospitality. We will see you all again soon!

Love the crab cakes. It was my first place to try crab cakes upon moving to Baltimore back in 2018
Spend your money at a restaurant whose management doesn't treat their staff poorly. I wish we had heeded the warning and not allowed my daughter to work for this place.
