Two stars instead of one because their maintenance guy actually shows to do his job. Stay away from this company if you can help it. Your best interest as a tenant is not part of their model. They are more concerned with profit margins and liability. I regret that I liked my house and location enough to provide them with business for an entire year. One of the best property management companies in the business. They are quick to find houses for lease, diligent when i comes to getting maintenance to solve any issues and these ladies make you feel like family.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY. Our laundry room floor was cracked so bad shortly after we moved in which was not our fault. Even after reporting the Severly cracked Laundry room floor the owner refused to do anything about it. We had to put a Wooden Board across Laundry room floor just to keep ourselves safe. Even Maintence looked at floor and stated it was cracked due to poor installation and cheap material. The apartment became infested with Mice, and bugs. Everyone was great from the application to the touring of the home all the way to my final process. They kept me updated with every step and it was quick and easy. Answered all my questions with nothing but smiles. I would most definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent a nice loving home!🤗🥰So excited to get settled in with my children
