Horrible communication skills and customer service, would not give them my money
This is a TERRIBLE company! Do not rent from them. They will over charge and charge you for things that don't even protane to you. They have terrible communication and do not fix issues that are broken. They have several complaints on the BBB. Find a different place to rent from stay away from all GPS properties.
I’ve lived in one of their properties for about a year now and absolutely love renting from G&J! Not only were they awesome with getting our lease sorted out, but they’ve always been prompt with any maintenance calls we’ve had. 10/10 recommend renting from them!!
Terrible experience. I am very glad I did not move forward with them, as the way the situation was handled felt predatory. I guess they prefer to make pennies and ruin a relationship. If this is how they treat clients at the start, I can only imagine how they are afterward. I have multiple businesses and would never treated a customer this way. I can understand why a quarter of their reviews are one star. STAY AWAY from this company.
Hands down the single worst rental experience of my life. G & J Properties Management and Drury Property Management are dishonest, unprofessional, unreliable, greedy, lazy, incompetent, and negligent. If you’re unfortunate enough to be trapped into renting from these people, be sure to keep records of everything and record your phone calls. If you have issues, be prepared to use that evidence to file a complaint with Springfield Tenants Unite, the BBB, and a lawyer.
