The doctor did an amazing job with my care. This review is of his office staff. Dr. Gave me a plan for follow up leaving the hospital. I did as he requested, called to make a follow up after 10 days, and was told that I needed to wait to hear from them. I called several times over 2 months, and was always told they would be in touch. Finally, I got the call, had procedure and post op doctor told me that it was more difficult to do bc I didn't get in touch with him after 10 days as he ordered. I had the best experience at G I Liver Group. The doctor was so caring and compassionate. As was the staff. I will be recommending them to anyone who is looking for a good liver doctor
I have had a great experience with everyone here. Dr Mehta is very caring, understanding and compassionate, he really cares for his patients. I have not encountered many doctors that I have felt safe with. I highly recommend him.
Spent entire morning having records and referral faxed over. Was told by Stephanie (secretary? ) they would fit my husband in the next day as he had just been seem in ER and referred to this Doctor with the recommended to be seen in 3 days. No answer on phone line for over 3 hours calls sent to answering service. When I FINALLY received an answer I was told no sorry no appointments until February.
