WOW! We never thought we would say that about a funeral home. The facility on Madison was absolutely beautiful! It was not how I remembered it when we were young(sadly, it's a second home for our family). The redecorating was over the top beautiful. Very tasteful and respect full. Grandma looked like she was sleeping. She had battled cancer for so long we thought they'd close the casket but she looked twenty years younger!
That is the most beautiful funeral home and cemetery I have ever seen. The lady Patience was phenomenal. So personal dignified and caring. I can't say enough good things. They handled everything from the flowers with having the grave dug and a specially engraved casket custom made! Such wonderful people. mr. Herrmann was so caring and compassionate. He spent the whole evening watching over us. THANK YOU!!!!
Love The Therapy Dog WOOF WOOF – They HAve the most beautiful golden ,I love being around children and people in general, and seem to just have a gift for knowing when people are sad. I seek them out and love providing them with some comfort. I am now ready to embark on my new career. A lot of people will share their emotions and their secrets with me because they know I can’t tell anyone else. And I love being loved in return! That's what her little precious business card says. The incompetence astounds me! – My family has used GH Herrmann's in the past and never had any issues. However, we recently used them for my grandmother, and the issues we had are so big they are amazing. The beginning problem started on the day of her funeral, when we went to see her before the visitation started, we found she had PINK hair. Now, she had gray hair that hadn't been dyed in some time, and the funeral director recommended they could do a rinse to add some color. They forgot to mention that color would apparent... read more
