I own a condo in the Braemore between Kenmore Sq and Back Bay. My tenants called me to let me know the A/C unit stopped working and it was leaking slowly onto the dropped ceiling tiles. G&G was quick to respond, but the first tech they sent was apparently too big to get behind the A/C unit, and he couldn't resolve the issue. Never see such poor execution of service – Never see such poor service with the low quality technician, not professional at all. Don't use them.
Very poor execution of service – Very sad that G&G has shown soo little attention to customer service! The lack of integrity as shown through their staff was enough for me to cancel a 5,000$ job.
Poorly installed AC system, even worse maintenance – Installed an AC system in my house. The install took about twice as long as estimated and also had many small defects, which they just essentialy said was "tough luck" since the job was taking longer than anticipated. Additionally, there is something wrong with the compressor at the beginning of each summer when I turn on the AC it is our of coolant and needs to be serviced. skilled resonable highly recommend G & G – Pragmatic sales guys.. went above and beyond. Resonable & trust worthy. I called around 10 in the morning the a/c is pumping by 2 that afternoon. Wonderful boys!
