Just bought a truck from G&G Auto and had a really good experience. Very nice people, Marco helped me out the whole time. No pressure, and the car was exactly how they said it would be. The truck was clean, good price, way better condition than all of the other trucks I looked at. Financing was straightforward and they explained everything and showed me a complete breakdown of everything. Overall just a solid experience.
Purchased a 2018 GMC Yukon Denali from the north Hollywood location (Through Car Guru) worst experience in my life. Test drove the vehicle, everything seamed fine. A week later sensors started going off, Vehicle had a faulty Transmission. Let the establishment know before my first payment was due. The only help they offered was for me to pay $2500 for a rebuilt transmission, which I reluctantly ended up doing. After I posted my original review, they called to tell me how upset they were that I shared my feedback. Instead of attacking other customers maybe take some introspection into the way you communicate and treat people. Take a look at your reviews and be better, don’t think it’s always the customers fault. You’re condescending and unprofessional with your responses. Take your business elsewhere.
