I had a fantastic experience with this HVAC company. They came out for an AC repair and not only fixed the problem but also did a full inspection at no extra cost. The technician replaced a worn-out contactor and checked refrigerant levels to ensure peak performance. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. The AC is now cooling perfectly, even on the hottest days. I highly recommend them for any HVAC service.
One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They installed a part that did not fix the problem, then refused to honor the warranty. The AC broke down completely after their visit. Now I am stuck paying someone else to repair their careless mistakes.
Denis did a great job. He cleaned our air conditioner. He checked all the pipes. Now I can use the air conditioner without any worries. There is no more water. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs air conditioner service.
