Horrible service! I bought a dishwasher in May and it worked MAYBE a month! I purchased a warranty, thank goodness it saved me. It still took 3 weeks for the repairman to come to my house! When the repairman arrived I told him I was concerned about the hoses being REALLY difficult to take in and out and that they kinked and I had to constantly watch them. Worst customer service ever! My GE dishwasher broke down on 18 Sept. As of 20 October still no dishwasher! After repeated reschedule by GE and them 5 no shows by the repairman I was done with GE appliances! Pretty sure I won't be buying anything GE going forward!
Horrible Experience. I waited 2 weeks to have my BRAND NEW washing machine serviced today because it quit filling with water after just a few loads. In the meantime, I had to plug in my old washing machine to do laundry. I was expecting a 30 minute lead time for my technician (as I was told I would have) but received only a few minutes. I was unable to move the old washer out of the way in time as I am 7 months pregnant and home alone.
