The cleaning team they send works very hard, but unfortunately, they do not speak English, so all communication has to go through a person named Vanessa. This has been challenging, as she doesn’t communicate with me or with them effectively, and there are often excuses when mistakes happen—many of which don’t make much sense. For example, I sent a message on Tuesday requesting that the washing machine, dryer, and the lower shelf of the coffee table etc be cleaned.
