I came in after a long day, in a lot of pain because my glasses (that I got elsewhere) were pinching my nose and causing sores and sooo much pain. I had just picked up my son from daycare, who clearly hadn't napped long enough, and was MISERABLE, and he was inconsolable while we were there. The staff was beyond amazing, bringing him toys to try and distract him, and cheer him up while I waited for my glasses to get fixed. The staff at FYI were so helpful. We were on vacation and my husband's glasses broke. They helped us with a solution that saved our holiday.
I went to the clinic with terribly bent glasses - I couldn't even wear them, and asked if they could be straightened. The lady at the desk said 'oh! I'll be right back'. She came back with my glasses frames in perfect shape! She was amazing! And I am sorry I don't remember her name. Thank you! Thank you!
