I have been a client at this location for years and have annual appointments. this year, a month before my appointment I received a message saying there needed to be a change in my appointment and to call. I called back and was put on hold for close to 5 minutes and then got 'so you want to make an appointment>' - NO you called me telling me I need to change my appointment. 'well we have a new doctor so we need to change.' WHY? how does a new doctor force me to change my schedule. - the appointment was changed into the futur... read more
Very helpful and put my daughter at ease.
Had a wonderful first visit for my 8 year old daughter with Dr. Khoshsorour - he was so caring and kind, and listened seriously to all our concerns. The whole staff was engaging and so lovely to my daughter, from the pre-testing to choosing glasses with her afterwards. After this first visit, this will be my family's optometrist office going forward.
