I picked up my 2 new pair of glasses yesterday. You cannot fully understand how your glasses will work until you have left the store and are out there in the world. My first pair of glasses are for close up. For reading a book they are good but I cannot sit and look at my computer screen with them unless I lean forward a lot. I don't find this acceptable. My second pair are for distance which means outside and driving. They are good if it is cloudy but they are not tinted enough to drive with on a sunny day. I had to put my ... read more

Since the beginning of the process, it was easy to book and at the office I found a very professional team very kind and helpful. Definitely, I recommend it.
It’s my first time coming to this location with a prescription that was way overdue. The young lady Suzy that helped me out with everything from trying on new glasses and styles to final set up and adjustments when I purchased new prescription sunglasses and my everyday glasses . She is extremely professional, outgoing, and kind can’t say enough nice things about her. So if you’re in the market for new glasses, please stop in and see Suzy. You can’t go wrong.
In town visiting family from Alberta when I had an issue with the only glasses I’d brought. They repaired them in just a few minutes while I waited and I was on my way! Thank you for the quick repair!!
