Professional, friendly, prompt.
The glasses I purchased are good quality and the staff member that fit them was friendly and helpful. My issue is I purchased sunglasses that I wore literally 3 times and the frame fractured. It was obviously a manufacturing defect. Even with the protection plan they would not replace them. I was disappointed that they refused to stand behind the products they sell.
