Excellent service. Very easy to understand. Thorough exams and no pressure to purchase glasses.would recommend.
The staff at the Brookdale Plaza were wonderful. I came in, without an appointment, sharing that I needed an urgent adjustment to my Silhouettes. My glasses required parts for a proper adjustment. Told me to return in an hour. They were good to go, and no charge as promised! Thank you FYIdoctors so much.
Going here for years and I wasnt sure of i had a contact lense stuck in my eye. They couldn't get the doctor to check and of they did it would cost 100 dollars. Just to tell me yes or no. None of the fitting opticians were willing to look and tell me yes or no. Absolutely ridiculous and will never come back here again.
I went here a few years ago as I had benefits and paid extra out of pocket for an extra exam. Good thing I did as there was a lump in my eye. I got glasses mostly for up close and reading with a small prescription for distance. When I finally got my new glasses the guy snapped the arm on them trying to fit them to me.
