Had a great experience with the whole FYI team at Tacoma!!
I had the most pleasant experience today at FYI Tacoma Dr . From the moment I came in the door Shakil was there, welcoming me and assisting me with payment, picking out frames and helping me with my insurance plan…just plain great customer service. Dr. Snow is delightful and very good at her job. She does a very thorough exam and explains changes, etc. Icing on the cake was Bernadette who did all the rest in no time, checking it twice and we had a lovely chat. Thank you FYI.
The service here was excellent! While they do have a limited selection of budget eyeglasses, with about 40-50 pairs, the selection was great. I was served by Shalid Ahmed and he was very welcoming, well-spoken, and was very reassuring in my hunt for the perfect eyeglasses.
Excellent service provided. Really appreciate the support and would recommend everyone to have a visit.
Been going since I was a kid, same great service from the whole team and Dr. MacDonald is a great doctor! The Main St location will always be my optometrist if I can help it :) thank you again team!
