Had to cancel appointment
My first visit to this location of FYidoctors. I was very pleased and will be going to this location from now on. It's a more convenient location for me and the staff and the doctor were wonderful to deal with. The doctor even apologized to me for all the cooling fans they had running because their AC was not working, like that was his fault! I did not like the doctor at the location I used to go to.
The receptionist was friendly with a lovely smile, she also completed the pre-eye tests then I only had to wait 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment which was fantastic. Dr. MacDonald was professional, asked relevant questions and sincerely answered my questions.
