I called last week and talked to Delia, she gave me information about booking my son and I in for appointments. Great expereicne with FYi.
Had a good visit today with Dr.Liu ,she was very helpful and informative and friendly couldn’t ask for better
Was planning on shopping on line for glasses after having my eyes tested but ended up buying two pairs from Shawne. She showed me a great selection of pkgs and was so patient and helpful picking out glasses with me. You don’t get this kind of service a lot these days. Maureen Naugler

I came in with a short timeline and the staff was so knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to. I was greeted by two staff members at the desk, and Erin took the time to show me different price points, and make sure I knew all of my options. She was quick, efficient, and set my anxiety about not knowing anything about glasses at ease. Highly reccomend.
