I always get a nice welcome when I enter the Reception area and an offer to help me with my walker. The "picture taking" is done in a friendly manner. The Dr. is helpful as to my seating, chats for a few minutes to relax me and is very professional with the exam, answers my questions with an explanation if necessary. It's a relaxed atmosphere which allows me to make a calm decision about my frames and size when I am getting new glasses.
