Erin did a fabulous job for me so I went back for my second pair. She is very focus when she is with you and very attentive to me. I had a really bad experience with the 1st optician that nearly cost me two road accidents and I went back to them and Erin attended to me and convinced me to go back to FYI (at the superstore branch on Portland Street) for more. Cannot wait to get my second pair now all thanks to Erin.
My glasses were bent. I went to see Donna. She fixed them for me. She did an amazing job. All of the staff there are amazing. Best customer service.
Moved to Dartmouth a year and a half ago. My wife and I have six children, so we booked a lot of eye appointments. FYI was awesome. One of the staff members, Lenore, was phenomenal. I wasn't able to purchase a pair of glasses right away, but I came back on a hunt a couple of months later for the pair she recommended...she's got an eye for style! All the staff were super friendly and helpful!
