Horrible customer service, my mom had an appointment at 4:20 and we were running late so we gave them a call to let them know, they told us that if we were later then 4:30 appointment was cancelled, we arrived at 4:32 and my mom STILL didn’t get her lenses, I get that it is past 4:30 but 2 minutes? Horrible customer service no empathy for patients and there is no regards for helping out a patient even when they are in need. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. DO BETTER!.
Horrible customer service. Very rude front desk. We called ahead letting them know that we’re gonna be a slight bit late due to traffic which they were okay with only for them to say that we were late. They don’t know how to accommodate there patients and if I had the option to give 0 stars I would’ve done it. Horrible customer service
