Non responsive - probably better to say you aren't taking new customers.
I had a large tree fall and block my driveway. Within hours after calling, I was able to get someone to come out and take a look and give a quote, and the morning after the crew came out to remove the tree and clean up the driveway. They were professional, responsive, and affordable!
