Great people to deal with and Scooby is very friendly. I was in an out in just under two hours now that's service. I would recommend them, pleasure doing business.

They contacted me, wanted me to come in to look at it however the salesman I spoke to was in meetings the following day so I scheduled an appointment for the day after...called that day to confirm appointment and that it was still available and was told it was and was also still listed on website as available...after an hour drive, my salesman was not there and I was told that the vehicle I had driven over 75 miles for had been sold a few days ago... needless to say my rating would be the lowest.

From the time you walk in the door, very friendly pleasant atmosphere. No pressure sales tactics or games being played. Great selection to choose from, and very fair trade in allowance on our truck. I would feel comfortable sending my grandmother in there knowing she would not be taken advantage of.

I did get there about 35 minutes before they closed. I was passed around from person to person because everyone was leaving for the day so right away I felt like I was an inconvenience. Finally a man helped me named John. He was very very nice and tried really hard to help me, unfortunately the dealer was so unorganized he couldn’t even find the vehicle I went to look at. I can’t say enough good things about my whole experience here. John Northrob was my sales man and he was extremely helpful and caring. Not once did anyone there make us feel like we couldn’t get into the truck we wanted. This truck was above and beyond what we wanted and they were able to get our payment what we wanted. They also listened and some of the other places we went were just about selling a vehicle and not caring what we said we wanted. Excellent over all experience
