the guy that works at the will call pickup is a complete nuisance, went to pick up an order with my uncle this week and just heard N bombs the entire time not to mention having to wait 30 plus minutes for the guy to even start our supply order (after giving us attitude for asking how long it will be) ? blows my mind that these are the people they choose represent a company like this. couldn’t pay me to come back and deal with that bs again

I had a boiler job to do that was extremely urgent and very detailed Alias The inside sales rep helped me every step of the way to make sure I had all the proper material and equipment ready to go maintained great follow up skills and stayed with me every step of the way he did an outstanding job and I will continue to do business with FW WEBB for that reason
