Went today to get a to-go order before the noon rush. Walked in and was able to order right away and was given the buzzer to let me know when the order was ready. Took my seat in the "waiting area" in front of the kitchen window and waited....and waited....and waited. One of the line cooks put a to-go order in the window and it just sat there. I am the personal assistant to 4 attorneys in Oklahoma City and every Friday we order the exact same thing: 6 tacos 1 burrito and 4chips and queso. I have asked the manager at the Oklahoma City Pawnee location repeatedly not to put the tacos & burritos on top of the 4 quesos when I pick up my to go order due to the weight crushes the tops of the styrofoam containers the cheese are in and ultimately causing the 2 bottom cheeses to ALWAYS be busted through and a mess by the time I get to the office. I visited your Lamar location, got an order to go. Upon receiving my food my tacos were cold, to the point of where I felt the need to ask if they serve tacos cold. To which your cashier responded with 'theyll be cold by the time you get home anyway ' I asked why they were cold coming out of the kitchen and she says she can warm them up for me.
