The GM at the North Richland Hills, TX location is the worst. He is never prepared for anything. Always leaving chaos at the store because according to him it's "not his problem". If you're a GM and run the store, then yes it is your problem. He plays favoritism a lot, especially since his girlfriend is working there. Employees are always quiting because of him, so the store is constantly short staffed and he doesn't care to help at all. Regular customers also find his way of "running the store" is terrible. The bartender at gateway crossing branch is horrible. She does shots and smokes pot behind the counter. Gets customers drunk and takes their money. Very unprofessional and will not bring my child in there again. I also witnessed her filthy language in a confrontation with a customer.

The Eastex Freeway Store in Beaumont..use to be great, but now, as of yesterday and today that store sucks...our entire office of 30 people eat their for breakfast, lunch and sometimes we bring home supper from their....today I was told only two oz. of cheddar cheese is added to Fajita chicken nacho's as I looked through my nachos to find 7 grains of shredded cheddar cheese, but come on guys Nachos have cheese on them, I DID OMIT THE FETA AND GARLIC SAUCE on my online order, forgot about the ques o , I was told that they on... read more

Miguel Rodriques GM Fort Worth Store. Idiot. Texts me will call you in a few minutes. Two days later I call him at around 9AM. He calls me back and says it is not appropriate to call at 11:30PM. Told him I didn't I was asleep. His voice mail isn't set up at all I don't think. He calls me back and says he doesn't know what is wrong with his phone. Told him not to call me again. I'm calling corporate on him. He lies and is incompetent. I will never set foot or place a large order for a party with them again.

The Fuzzys in Lubbock Texas on Broadway business hours say open til 12 am. Please explain why when I walked in minutes after 11 pm the entire restaurant was closed down and registered cashed out?

Tried to call and give some feedback about the Cincinnati Ohio location and after hearing the voice mailbox it explains a lot about the company. It’s a joke! Very unprofessional!

We went to fuzzys an there was a Gentlemen at the register talking to the cashier and we asked what was good an he suggested the california heats an thats what we ordered,they were really good,an i went up to him an thanked him an told him he was a excellent manager and he said he wasnt a manager and thats a shame cause there should be people like him who are managers,he was a african american guy,really nice, well spoken, we will be returning to Lubbock soon on broadway an we will be eating at fuzzys taco shop
