Holy cow... had problems today... when asked how everything was...started to answer and the guy just walked off as I began speaking...really... same guy that seems stoned and eating in the kitchen... WHERE IS THE MANAGER? There is an obvious reason there are only 6 people in here at noon
Worst treatment ever. I called to place a to go order and was on hold for 18 minutes. Long enough to drive there. I ask ro speak with a manager and then was ignored for 20 minutes. I understood a full bar but ignoring an upset customer is not right!
Worst service ever! Took 40 minutes to get the food. Food was cold. No ice in the machine. Chips were stale. Waste of my money and time.
Awful! Waited 40 minutes tonight for 4 tacos and some chips and salsa. Angry customers returning incorrect orders left and right.
Never had an issue there. Love the ground beef nachos
We go to the Fuzzy in Waxahachie quite often, I'd give them a 4.5 stars on a bad day. The sour cream sauce on my wife's enchiladas look curdled and had no flavor. I ordered the firecracker fajitas and wasn't told until after they were ready that there was none of the sirracha line sauce that comes with them until I asked for it. A side of jalapeños consisted of 9 slices. The queso and chips were good, but it takes a lot to screw that up.
