The line was out the door because only one register was open, but three employees stood behind the bar talking. They have a system for getting things done, but don't tell you about it, like to pick up chips and queso now at the puckup window. My queso was barely warm and the inside was freezing. I gotta say I am not really impressed at all. I have been a regular Fuzzy's customer for a long time and have always really liked it. But the location in Longview really needs to step it up. I have been in three times and every time it has been a 40-55 minute wait, my food is cold, and the service was just okay. I understand that it's only been a couple weeks but it's really important to make customers feel like they want to come back next time. The services sucks.the food is great.the hardest workers are the busboys
The California Heat Taco is on point! Probably my favorite:) ground beef & fajita chicken tacos are my other faves. All around great food & great staff!� love Fuzzy's LGV!
Ate there 10-1-16. Service was a little slow, but they were extremely busy. When food was served, both of my sides ( refried beans and Mexican rice) were cold. Will give them another chance later.
The food was cold. The burrito I had was flavorless, if you don't count the onions. Onions were falling out of the burrito. The cheese dip was cold. Just not a good meal at all. I won't be going back.
I like the food very much. And the owner is very friendly the store is very clean.so..2 Thumbs up for me.
