Yea Desiree...I can take criticism if it's honest...I did not erase your review, someone must have flagged it and no I wasn't yelling at the puppy...there were a couple of dogs causing some problems...and a dog had an accident is why the smell...it happens when there are dogs around unfortunately...you can bash me all you want but honesty is important and I will defend myself, call it rude if you wish but I am tired of people not coming to talk because it is so much easier to bash them without their side being told, one side... read more
Worst place ever! Do not bring your dog here unless you want it to get yelled at the entire time! I had posted this review on Google and the owner left a very rude comment then earsed my review! My friends dog is only 5 months old and she was yelling at it so loud I could hear it outside! The owner is rude and can't take criticism. The place smells really bad also, my friend's mother had to walk out....
They are excellant dog groomers, very professsional and wonderful with your pet.
Terri is great with all my dogs! Always does a great job!
