High employee turnover and terrible customer service. DO NOT engage their services for qualified plan administration. I terminated services and they continued to bill and send emails as if I was still a customer.
Absolutely lousy, lousy, lousy cutomer service and response times. Do not use these people!!! Take your chances on someone else. Save yourself the stress and agony. My CPA cannot even do our taxes because we are waiting on them to come up with retirement figures, they have all the numbers they need and here we are still waiting 4 months later. Terrible service.
DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE MANAGE YOU MONEY IN ANY WAY!!!!! They will give a good presentation of how they are going to take care of you but they do not do their jobs at all!!! Listen also to the other 1-star review guy, their customer service is the absolute worst I have ever seen. Super unprofessional service, cannot get a hold of anyone there, I am uber unsatisfied with this company. They are really good at getting your money though, but then they forget about you.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you need them, be ready to wait at least 12 days for them to get back to you, oh by the way once you call them, they will “try” to get back to you in the next 3-5-7-9-12 business days, don’t let this people manage your money, don’t believe me?
