The way FutureCare treats the residents is unlike any other facility. My grandaughter works at FC Northpoint and I know how they treat the residents, and they always make sure they do fun things. They treat everyone like people and not a statistic.

I have been here three years now and the friends I've made have made it a good experience. I also think the quality of administrators is amazing, particularly thanks to David, Susan, Paulette and Kathy. They are very caring and keep the facility running.

I'm happy at FutureCare Cherrywood and wouldn't change anything. Everything here is good and is meeting my needs.

I have been here for about a year and a half, and will be released soon. The staff here has been helping me heal and they've done a fine job. THey offer bingo to the residents which is one of my favorite activities and the food isn't bad considering my soft diet restrictions. Generally, the folks here, whether it be the staff or residents, are very friendly and make it a pleasant environment.

Living here these past 2 years has been a very good and nurturing experience for me. I participate in Bingo regularly, and love it. The residents are very friendly and the staff is absolutely beautiful, and so accommodating as well. I would recommend anyone who needs this type of care to look into Future Care at Cherrywood. Not only is the food good, but this is one of the cleanest and most well kept facilities that I've ever seen.

I don't remember exactly how long I've been here, but it's definitely been a while and I can say that compared to the other, similar facilities that I've been too, this one is much much better. The activities are great, and I personally love the food. They offer a lot of options and they listen when you suggest other choices. Also the staff is very accommodating to my needs. I would highly recommend other people in need of this type of care, stay here at FutureCare Cherrywood.

I am the Resident Council President at the FC Cherrywood location, so if there is a problem, residents bring it to me, and I take it through the correct channels to try and solve the problem. For me, this has been very rewarding. I've learned how easy it is to get assistance from the staff here and I really enjoy hosting the bake sales and being able to donate to the Cancer Society. I really like living here at the Cherrywood facility, and I've been here for a while. The staff is very good at what they do and they've been making improvements since I first arrived. I go to almost all of the activities and I think bingo is the most fun. I also honestly really enjoy the food selection. All the other residents are very friendly and my roommate and I have gotten quite close. I would recommend anyone looking to come here, because you could do a hell of a lot worse than here.

In my opinion, the staff takes excellent care of us. I had no idea there were places like this when I got sick. Im glad I found this place. It gives my family piece of mind knowing I am comfortable and always taken care of. I have a ventilator and the respiratory department helped me as mobile as I could be inside and outside the building. The staff has trained my family members to take care of me when I am not in the facility.
