The WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wanna talk to somebody? Give them 12-14 days to contact you back. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. They don’t even reply to emails or have a call center to take your call
Worst company to reach. Been trying to reach them for 3 days, but no one picks up. No one returns any calls. It is like they are out of business. Something is seriously wrong!
I have literally been trying to reach someone for 2 days about my 401k and have gotten nowhere. Nobody answers the phone period.
Virtually impossible to get a hold of. My old employer used them. Now that I’m with a different company I’d like to move my money to a different account. I’ve been attempting to do it for months. Leaving voicemails and numerous emails. Consumer beware!
Worst place to business with! I have been in the process to get my 401K since 8/15. Customer service is non existent. Said they emailed me all the necessary paperwork never received said email. finally got someone to answer the phone a week later. Mailed all necessary paperwork waited 2-3 weeks never heard or received a check. Emailed a account manager said they never got paperwork and it is all online so I fill out paperwork again.
