Getting really annoyed that I have yet to hear back from finance about my warranty that they screwed when I purchased my car. Why would I spend money on a warranty that was only going to last me 3 months? And I have called and left a message with no call back!
Didn't really want to write this because half of the sales process was good. Moh was an awesome salesman and knew his stuff. Very friendly guy! But I left negative feedback on the dealership review based on what happened with my experience after that. My issues were that when I went into the finance office, all the numbers I had agreed upon were different, from my trade-in value to the loan payoff amount they agreed to. I bought a new 2018 Silverado and a new 2018 sonic from them in the last 18 months. I called to set up a service appointment for my truck with 20,000 miles on it and they told me it would be over $500 for the basic service. On top of that they said it needed to have the brake fluid changed. My owners manual says that should be done every 5 years. Told them that I didn’t want to stick shift and yet that’s what they gave me and I can turn the car back in to get a different one so I’m paying for a car that I didn’t want. When someone says that they do not care for Stick shift you need to listen to what the customer wants for their car
