Anyone who has ever bought a vehicle knows that it is a huge investment and can be stressful and frustrating. I give a huge thank you to the staff and the general manager Tom Hood, for making my vehicle buying experience a good one. They were able to help me despite my credit situation. I live in Stockton they sent a driver to pick me up. Friendly sales people. Thanks "Radar"!! And thanks to finance department. Paul Blanco's crap dealership didn't help me especially with their advertisement. No credit, history, poor credit, and No down payment. I'm a lender's worse case scenario. They don't need to advertise a lie. They did it to help me. This dealership will be looked at again the future.
I purchesed a vehicle in June of this year. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Told them about my situation and was very understanding. I had a car that I was using as a trade in. I didn't realize that there was a lien on it but I got it taken care of. I was able to pick my car and sign the paperwork and leave that day with my car. I came back 4 different times to resign paperwork within a month. They said I had to come up with $1000. This place “fixed” my wife’s bumper on her camaro after an accident. The bumper came off less then a week later. Took it back and they wouldn’t fix it. They wanted to charge her. This place is trash.
