I received excellent customer service during my visit today. I would highly recommend this business to everyone I know, & even those I don't know too. I bought a 2006 jeep liberty renegade with 179000 miles on it.. I paid 4400 cash as is.. got it back to my town and took it to my mechanic. the frame was rusted real bad. 1500 to repair it. I called future auto sales and talked to freddy. I told him about it and I thought dealership has to disclose any frame damage. he said they had no way to check the frame. i told him if he would pay 500 I would pay the 1000 out of my pocket. he said best he could do is 300. i told him 500 and he said 300 well i said go ahead send the 300 ... read more

Thanks for your feedback Jason, Jason purchased a vehicle from us test drove it and liked it he called back 3 weeks after telling us that his Mechanic told him that the vehicle won’t last more than a year because frame needed repairs, he spoke with me and a proposed to help him with $300 on the cost of repairs he treated me with a lawyer. Just so you know carfax has been provided and there’s not frame damage disclosed on it. Sorry for your lost
Took 3 cars on test drives. Two of them needed tires and an alignment. They both started shaking when going over 35 mph. When I told the man he chuckled in my face and gave the keys to third car that felt good driving but got 2 miles down the interstate when the car began dinging and giving me alerts to "turn engine off. oil pressure!" and I called the man and he said it's fine drive it back. I bought a car June 2nd. 10 minutes into the 1.5hr drive home my son noticed the wrench icon on dash. didn't come on during test drive. got home and had it diagnosed. 2nd and 4th gear are bad. this didn't just happen as bad luck minutes after buying it. it had to be bad when I bought it. I find it hard to believe they didn't know.
