I have been here dozens of times to get my eyebrows waxed. New policy is a credit card on file for any eyebrow appt or hair appt. I don't leave my cc with anyone and especially a service for $25.00. I guess they've had too many people cancel and they want to be able to charge your card. Wow, What's happened to customer service?! Guess I'll be finding another place. Do that to your summer crowds not your locals. Not a good way of doing business.
On vacation I realized I forgot my face wash and lotion. I went in to see if they had some trial size versions (plus a few other travel size things). Unfortunately, they don't make trial sizes of what I needed. The girl behind the counter offered to give me a small cup with a lid so I didn't have to go buy stuff from the drug store! THIS is why I love Aveda salons!
