I had a virtual consultation with one of the doctors at Fusion Sleep. I explained to him that I have been struggling to fall asleep and stay asleep for 25 years and that twice I completely stopped sleeping. He ummed, ahed, and told me my Circadian rhythms were off. That did not make sense at all as your rhythms cannot be off when you are truly not going to sleep. For the last two years we have been calling on billing issues- with no response to my questions and the random charges on and off my bill. When we first signed up for a sleep machine we set up a payment plan with the office. We did our part and within a few months had a credit on the account. At the one year mark we asked for our credit to be paid back to us since we had "over paid" via the words from the billing department. I have no idea how the BBB has an A+ rating on this company. I agree with other reviewers (on other sites) that customer service is nonexistent. They do not return phone calls, they delay shipments, they deliver the wrong components, they even performed the wrong sleep study on me. This place is a mess. Do not waste your time, nor your money.

Terrible advocates for patients. Sleep studies recommended but not documented as necessary enough for insurance companies to recognize the medical necessity. Letters of medical necessities should be immediately available to insurance and patients so that episodes of life threatening apnea is validated. Office staff only concerned with collecting money-staff do not document accurately in patient records what was discussed in person. Have been working with Fusion for years. It was very difficult to sleep with the mask, but the staff worked with me with many different mask until we found the one that worked. Also, which to a BICP and have slept very well since. Good job Fusion, Thanks, ***
